The total companies registered in India are 18,27,839 out of which 61% (11,21,149) are total active companies in India and 39% (7,06,589) are total inactive companies in India. 35% of all InActive Companies in India are Struck Off (6,45,469) due to non-compliance of MCA filings and balance 4% are inactive for various other reasons.
